MANGO FIZZ
A frothy and fragrant cocktail featuring sage-infused gin, sweet mango purée, and bright lemon juice.

Ingredients
- 2 oz Gin
- ¾ oz custom-mango-pure
- ¾ oz Lemon Juice
- 1 whole Egg White
Instructions
- Combine sage-infused gin, mango purée, lemon juice, and egg white in a shaker.
- Dry shake (without ice) vigorously for 15-20 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
- Add ice to the shaker and wet shake until well-chilled.
- Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
