A stirred cocktail similar to a Negroni or Boulevardier, but using rye whiskey and dry vermouth for a drier, more spicy profile.
Ingredients
- 1½ oz Rye Whiskey
- 1 oz Dry Vermouth
- 1 oz Campari
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass.
- Add ice and stir until well-chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube or into a chilled coupe.
- Garnish with a lemon or orange twist.
