Ingredients
- 2 oz Irish Whiskey
- 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
- ½ oz Green Chartreuse
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 1 whole Lemon (optional)
Instructions
- Combine Irish whiskey, sweet vermouth, Green Chartreuse, and Angostura bitters in a mixing glass.
- Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir well until thoroughly chilled, about 30 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist, expressing its oils over the drink before dropping it in.
