New York Sour

Ingredients

• 2 oz Bourbon
• 1 oz Lemon Juice
• ¾ oz Simple Syrup
• 1 whole Egg White (optional)
• ½ oz Red Wine
• 1 whole Maraschino Cherries (optional)

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients EXCEPT Red Wine to a shaker without ice
2. Dry shake vigorously for 15 seconds
3. Add ice and shake again until chilled
4. Strain into a rocks glass
5. Carefully drizzle Red Wine down back of bar spoon to create a float on top
