A light, fresh, and smoky cocktail balancing the agave notes of tequila and mezcal with crisp apple, earthy celeriac, and floral hops.

Ingredients
- 1 oz Tequila
- 1 oz Mezcal
- 1½ oz Apple Whiskey
- ½ oz custom-celeriac
- 2 dashes custom-hops
Instructions
- Extract fresh juice from the apple and celeriac.
- Combine the Tequila Volcan Blanco, Mezcal San Cosme, fresh apple juice, and celeriac juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake vigorously until thoroughly chilled.
- Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish or finish with dashes of hop tincture/essence.
