Cynar Julep

Ingredients

• 2 oz Bourbon
• ¾ oz custom-cynar
• ½ oz Simple Syrup
• 8 sprigs Fresh Mint

Instructions

1. In a Julep cup or rocks glass, gently muddle the mint leaves with the simple syrup to release their aromatic oils.
2. Add the bourbon and Cynar to the glass.
3. Fill the glass generously with crushed ice.
4. Stir well with a bar spoon until the glass is thoroughly frosted on the outside.
5. Top with more crushed ice if needed.
6. Garnish with a generous sprig of fresh mint, gently slapping it against your hand before placing it in the drink to release its aroma.
