The Income Tax Cocktail
A clever variation on the classic Bronx cocktail, The Income Tax features gin, both dry and sweet vermouths, a touch of orange juice, and a dash of bitters for a balanced, sophisticated, and slightly citrusy sipper.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Gin
- ½ oz Dry Vermouth
- ½ oz Sweet Vermouth
- ½ oz Orange Juice
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Instructions
- Combine gin, dry vermouth, sweet vermouth, fresh orange juice, and Angostura bitters in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
