PEACHTREE BELLINI

Ingredients
- 1½ oz Peach Puree
- ½ oz custom-peach-liqueur-eg-peachtree-schnapps
- 4 oz Prosecco
- 1 slice custom-peach-slice (optional)
Instructions
- Pour the fresh peach purée and peach liqueur into a chilled flute glass.
- Slowly top with the chilled Prosecco.
- Gently stir once or twice to combine the ingredients, being careful not to lose too much effervescence.
- Garnish with a fresh peach slice on the rim or dropped into the drink, if desired.
