A delicate aperitif with sherry and dry vermouth.

Ingredients
- 1½ oz Dry Sherry
- 1½ oz Dry Vermouth
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
- 1 dash Orange Bitters
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well-chilled
- Strain into a coupe glass
- Garnish with a lemon twist
