Bramble

Ingredients

• 2 oz Gin
• 1 oz Lemon Juice
• ½ oz Simple Syrup
• ½ oz Creme de Cassis

Instructions

1. Add gin, lemon, and syrup to a shaker with ice
2. Shake until chilled
3. Strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice
4. Drizzle crème de cassis over the top
5. Garnish with blackberries and lemon
