A simple, elegant gin cocktail with lime.

- 2½ oz Gin
- ¾ oz Lime Juice
- ¾ oz Simple Syrup
- 1 slice Lime (garnish)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice
- Shake until well-chilled
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with lime wheel
