Irish Coffee
Warm coffee cocktail with Irish whiskey and cream.

Ingredients
- 1½ oz Irish Whiskey
- 4 oz Espresso
- ½ oz Demerara Syrup
- 1 oz Heavy Cream
Instructions
- Add hot coffee and syrup to a warmed glass mug
- Add Irish whiskey and stir
- Lightly whip the cream and float on top
- Do not stir after adding cream
