The quintessential tiki drink with rum and orgeat.

Ingredients
- 2 oz Aged Rum
- ½ oz Triple Sec
- ½ oz orgeat
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- ¼ oz Simple Syrup
- 1 sprig Fresh Mint (garnish)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice
- Shake vigorously until chilled
- Strain over crushed ice in a rocks glass
- Garnish with mint sprig and lime shell
