Pisco Sour
The national cocktail of Peru and Chile.

Ingredients
- 2 oz Pisco
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- ¾ oz Simple Syrup
- 1 whole Egg White
- 3 dashes Angostura Bitters (garnish)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients except bitters to a shaker without ice
- Dry shake vigorously for 15 seconds
- Add ice and shake again until chilled
- Strain into a rocks glass
- Dash bitters on top of the foam
