Ramos Gin Fizz

Ingredients

• 2 oz Gin
• ½ oz Lemon Juice
• ½ oz Lime Juice
• 1 oz Simple Syrup
• 1 oz Heavy Cream
• 1 whole Egg White
• 3 dashes Elderflower Liqueur
• 1 oz Club Soda

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients except soda to a shaker without ice
2. Dry shake vigorously for 30+ seconds
3. Add ice and shake until very cold
4. Strain into a Collins glass without ice
5. Top with club soda
