Whiskey Sour
A perfect balance of whiskey, citrus, and sweetness.

Ingredients
- 2 oz Bourbon
- ¾ oz Lemon Juice
- ¾ oz Simple Syrup
- 1 whole Egg White (optional)
- 1 whole Maraschino Cherries (garnish)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a shaker without ice
- Dry shake vigorously for 15 seconds
- Add ice and shake again until chilled
- Strain into a rocks glass
- Garnish with a cherry
